Processing Times
All orders are packed with care and typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. During new product launches, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and other available shipping providers.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Delivery times vary by destination and may take several weeks depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for shipping methods that include tracking. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the package can be resent.
We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist with locating your package, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please email: wackymailpop@gmail.com us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.
