DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at wackymailpop@gmail.com
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right! We’ll replace the item (if available) or issue store credit.
LOST PACKAGES
We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they’ve been marked “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package seems lost in transit, contact us within 14 days, and we’ll help you file a claim or track it down as best we can.
ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATIONS
We start packing your order quickly (we’re fast like that!), so once it’s been processed, we can’t cancel or modify it. If you made an error, message us immediately after checkout and we’ll do our best to catch it.

We do our best to restock popular items, but sometimes, we just cannot get certain items again. Enter your email on the sold out listing to be notified when they become available.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We ship all orders from our home sticker warehouse in Southern California.
